Our Mission:
The mission of CAN! is to educate the general public that arthritis is a serious, widespread and disabling disease which can be effectively treated.
We raise money to complete this public education, which will enable us to accomplish the following goals:
Research Funding: CAN! strives to increase arthritis funding by raising money for arthritis research and contributing that money to promising research projects. With an increase in arthritis research funding, a cure for arthritis is possible.
Awareness: To accomplish our goals, we must raise awareness among the general public that 1) arthritis is a serious, widespread and disabling condition; and 2) with the appropriate medical care, arthritis is treatable and disability can be reduced.
